2. Products & Pricing

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing: Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors on our website.

Flower Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the design integrity and color scheme of your bouquet.

3. Orders & Payment

• • Payment is required at the time of order
• • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay
• • Order confirmations are sent via email
• • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

4. Delivery

Delivery Times: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm. Standard delivery is 1-3 business days.

Delivery Fee: $10 flat rate. Free delivery on orders over $50.

Failed Deliveries: If the recipient is unavailable, we will leave flowers in a safe location or with a neighbor. We are not responsible for flowers left per your instructions.

Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund
• • Same-Day Orders: Cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• • Freshness Guarantee: If flowers don't last 7 days with proper care, we'll replace them or issue a refund
• • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
• • Subscription Cancellation: Cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard

6. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee our flowers will stay fresh for 7 days with proper care. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace your bouquet or issue a full refund. This guarantee does not cover damage due to improper care, extreme temperatures, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Subscriptions

• • Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected frequency
• • You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime
• • Subscription discounts apply automatically
• • You'll be notified before each delivery
• • Changes to subscriptions must be made 48 hours before the next delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All content on bloomandjoy.com, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Bloom & Joy and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bloom & Joy is not liable for:

• • Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
• • Allergic reactions to flowers or plant materials
• • Damage to property caused by flowers or vases
• • Loss or theft of delivered items after successful delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
